Hearts of Hope Youth Ministry which includes the youth from St. Patrick, St. John Paul II & St. Joseph, is divided into Junior High and High School age programs.  The Group meets almost every Sunday.

Our ministry with the youth includes prayer, service, faith formation and social time.  We have an on-going service ministry in Hopkins Park with a yearly summer mission and day long service projects - yearly food drive - Harvest Sunday - on - going friendship with Hunt Terrace - young adult group home  ---  Summer Liturgical conference One Bread One Cup Dioscean events-- Youth Leadership Conference -- Jr. High Service Day Camp (in the summer)
